1. Dissolving method, according to the ratio of latex powder: water = 1:4, dissolve the redispersible latex powder in water. After fully stirring, let it stand for 10 minutes. 2. Ash method, take a certain amount of redispersible latex powder, weigh it and place it in a metal container, heat it up to about 800 degrees, after burning at 800 degrees, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it again. The more the weight is reduced, the better the quality. This method requires experimental instruments such as crucibles, suitable for laboratory operations.
3. Film forming method, according to the ratio of latex powder: water=1:2, dissolve the redispersible latex powder in water. After stirring, let it stand for 5 minutes, stir again, and pour the solution into a flat On clean glass, put the glass in a ventilated and shaded place. After the moisture evaporates to dryness, peel it off the glass. Observe the removed polymer film, the higher the transparency, the better the quality.
